1. Terms of Purchase: Lifetime Access (One-Time Purchase)
Lifetime Access Purchase Terms
By purchasing the "Lifetime Access" option, you receive unlimited, non-expiring access to all full unlocked features of the WareFlow app for a single, one-time payment.
Immediate Execution & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights:
By completing your purchase of this digital content, you explicitly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and performance of the digital service. You acknowledge and agree that once the digital content is delivered or made available, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal and your right to terminate or cancel the purchase agreement for a refund, as permitted under applicable consumer law regarding digital goods.
2. Terms of Subscription: Monthly & Yearly Renewals (With Free Trial)
Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal
WareFlow offers recurring subscription plans on a "Monthly Renewal" or "Yearly Renewal" basis, both of which provide full unlocked features of the WareFlow app for the duration of the active subscription period.
Free Trial Period: Selected subscription plans include a 1-week (7-day) free trial period. You will not be charged during this free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the end of the 1-week trial without incurring any charges.
Automatic Billing: If you do not cancel before the 1-week free trial expires, your selected payment method will be automatically charged the full recurring subscription fee for either the Monthly Renewal or Yearly Renewal plan, depending on your selection.
Recurring Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless auto-renew is turned off or the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing or trial period.
Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions: Payments and subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play Billing. You can manage, change, or cancel your free trial or ongoing subscription at any time via your device settings or through the Google Play Store. To manage your active plan:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon on the top right.
Navigate to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
